- Prepare Agenda (copy past one from Google Drive)
- Confirm prior meeting minutes posted to Google Drive
- Send board members Agenda, meeting minutes link and RSVP link
- Keep venue informed of guest count
Communication Tasks:
- Announcement in Newsletter
- Add Website Event
- Reset RSVP form (WP – Formidable)
- Include Google Drive link for Agenda and Minutes
- Provide President with link to Attendance List (on Event Page)
